Joe’s experience includes landscape design, site planning, construction documents, contract administration, and construction observation for public and private projects. Joe is proficient in project management, coordinating design teams, conceptual planning, detail design, construction document preparation, erosion control, and revegetation throughout Southern California. His broad base of experience includes streetscapes, residential communities, commercial developments, restoration, mitigation, and habitat restoration.
