Company Profile

Estrada Land Planning is a certified SWBE/SMBE/DBE/SBE full service land planning, landscape architecture, computer simulation, and urban design consulting firm with expertise in urban design, land planning, community facilitation, landscape architecture, computer simulations, GIS, construction document preparation, and construction administration. The firm is located in Horton Plaza in downtown San Diego.

Our projects include multi-family residential developments, master planned communities, urban and rural parks, streetscapes, erosion control, native plant revegetation, graphics and signage, waterscapes, light rail stations, multi-modal transfer facilities, commercial and industrial developments, GIS mapping, Specific and Precise Plan preparation, visual impact analysis and mitigation, photorealistic computer simulations and recreation planning.
